Saturday Function Package - $2,250 (GST Inclusive)

- Saturday Function Package $2250.00 (GST Inclusive.) This package includes:
- - Standard 5-hour room hire: $1000
- - Minimum Bar Spend $1000
- - Cleaning fee: $250
- Additional Hours: A fee of $200 per hour will apply for any time exceeding the 5-hour hire period, including setup and pack-down time.
- Security Bond: A $250 security bond is required to secure your booking. This bond covers any damage to the venue and will be refunded within 7 days following the event, provided no damage has occurred and all hire conditions have been met.
- Please note: The bond may be retained to cover any damages incurred during the event. The bond is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the event date.
- The hire fee includes use of Brian Wright Room facilities, including;
- -Audio and Video facilities on Projector screen, an internal PA systems & speakers, DVD/CD player with USB and inputs suitable for a wide range of audio input devices e.g. PC laptop, iPads, iPhone, iPod
- -Room hire, two RSA qualified bar staff supplied by surf club
- -Bar service only
- -Set up period available from 12 noon of day of hire
- Food and Drinks
- Drinks: Are supplied at Club Bar prices and are served by Club bar staff. The bar can supply drinks through drink packages, a tab or can be purchase as you go. No BYO allowed as per liquor license conditions.
- Food: You can bring your own food, or we can refer you to some excellent local businesses.
- Decorations are allowed, but must be removed at the end of the function (conditions apply)
